Mikael Ribbenvik Director-General refuses to contact injured asylum seekers.

                                                                 Mikael Ribbenvik

Director-General

Mikael Ribbenvik, Director-General of the State Agency for Migration in Sweden Migrationsverket, according to many members of the Board of this Agency, does not want to contact or talk to those who seek political asylum in Sweden, and who for years sometimes go to Sweden to seek refuge and protection, wait there for months and years, I mean the Journalists persecuted by the Continent of Europe itself, and those on the board do not hand over the writings of those who need protection from another country as stated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in Article 14; the right to asylum (asylum) in another country, namely those of the European Union, to which they are signatories of all declarations and conventions related to human rights and freedoms. And it goes on to say; from unjust persecution in his state (it is about a person when it comes to political asylum). Migrationsverket, not only this article and this declaration, but it has broken almost all, that of Rome, Geneva, Dublin, Luxembourg, etc., etc. One of those who has been wronged by the Swedish Migration Agency is me, a journalist from now northern Macedonia, and since 2012 I came for the first time, I waited 14 months, and they did not give me any answer. I was forced to return thinking something would change in the country I was persecuted, but no. When I returned, after a while the threats and pressures started again and in 2015 I returned to Sweden again. Believe me, I could not even be treated there, but I was left without medical therapy, and I was forced to go to Germany in Hamburg, I stayed and sought asylum there, but the Germans, respecting the Dublin agreement, had to return me to Sweden, from where I would be deported to my country. In 2016 I went again, north to the reception center in Boden, and there I waited 12 months, my mother died and I was forced to return to her funeral. The political and criminal pressure continues, and again in 2019 I was forced to leave, in advance with a dance request I can go, and where they call me, and then when I arrived in Stockholm, the Stockholm reception center threw my Passport and told me to I do not work with Sweden. I was stuck on the road, I did not know where to go, and I left for Belgium, 2000 kilometers to Brussels. There I was admitted and became seriously ill with consequences for my health and ability. According to the Dublin recommendations, the case should be resolved by the state where you first sought political asylum, and even dare not return you according to these conventions and international law to the state where you are at risk. Let the director of Swedish Migration and the Government of Sweden know that he will not leave the job like that, without justice being done. I will soon apply to the Swedish courts. If they do not make the right decision, there is the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. I have a lot of evidence and all of this is documented. Someone on the Board is afraid that the Director General and the Swedish public are aware of these injustices and corruptions, but so are the media, and social networks, for people to find out the truth. Demiri, Fergim, journalist persecuted from Northern Macedonia, with file number in the Migrationsverket, 12-129937
