                                                    KLAGOMÅL OCH ANMÄLAN

 

Asylsökande Fergim Demiri föddes 1961 den 9 april i norra Makedonien, som journalist.

 

 

Respekterad ombudsman i Sverige. Jag lämnar in denna inlaga och skickar den till dig från Migrationsverket för att begära en granskning av mitt ärendenummer 12-129937 som öppnades i maj 2012 när jag första gången ansökte om politisk asyl som förföljd av den inkriminerade regeringen och korrupt som förföljde mig, och att det fanns en fara att bli fängslad på grund av mina skrifter, eller till och med försvinna överhuvudtaget.

När jag först anlände höll Migrationsverket mig som gisslan i hela 14 månader, även om jag lämnade in mina rese- och identifieringshandlingar, bevis dokumenterade med giltiga handlingar, inom de 14 månaderna jag var i Sverige, Migrationsverket i ditt land inte längre gav ingen handling, varken varför min ansökan avslogs eller varför jag fick uppehållstillståndet. Med en sådan psykologisk press tvingades jag frivilligt återvända till landet jag kom ifrån med många faror.

Men på västra Balkan råder ingen fred, för den ligger i brottslighetens händer, och mitt yrke är sådant, som undersökande journalist blev jag attackerad och staten hjälpte mig inte, och återigen fick jag komma till Sverige. Stationen var Göteborg där det fanns en mottagningscentral, men den här gången hjälpte de mig inte, de tvättade mig till och med utan medicinsk behandling, eftersom jag hade problem med blodkärl och hjärtsjukdomar, och jag fick åka till Hamburg, Tyskland, men de återlämnade mig också i den delstat jag kom ifrån, år 2014/15.

Jag kom för tredje gången för att jag blev attackerad av polisen, på jobbet, på evenemang, 2016 och jag åkte till norra Sverige, till showcentret i Boden. Jag hölls där i 9 månader av Migrationsverket utan att kalla mig till någon intervju och efter 9 månader förflyttades jag till Sundsvalls stad. Jag stannade där och väntade ytterligare 5 månader där jag fick en hjärtattack och där jag behandlades på sjukhuset i min hemstad. Jag fick beskedet hemifrån

 att min mamma hade cancer och höll på att dö, och återigen ingenting, jag var tvungen att åka tillbaka till norra Makedonien.

Jag åkte för fjärde gången i oktober 2019 och kom till Stockholm. Där stötte jag på motstånd från förläggningschefen som i slutet av min arbetstid kom och kastade mitt pass, samtidigt som jag riskerade att förbereda en rättegång för att fängsla mig. Han blandade ihop mig med ett ord och sa till mig att Sverige inte har någon plats för dig. Lämnade på vägen, åkte jag till andra länder och åkte till Belgien.

De accepterade mig där men de ville inte heller lösa mitt problem, och sa till mig att enligt Dublinkonventionens kriterier ska problemet lösas av det land där du först sökte asyl och bostad.

Jag vände mig till dig i Dublin, och de bekräftade skriftligen att Sverige var tvungen att lösa frågan om mitt boende, vilket det inte löste alls. För mig är det en diskrimineringshandling, och det är meningslöst hur man inte kan hitta skydd på min kontinent med så mycket bevis och bevis som jag har lämnat in till Migrationsverket. Alla internationella konventioner och dokument har brutits i mitt fall, med början i Rom, Genève, Luxemburg, Dublin och många andra angående skydd mot politisk förföljelse, såväl som lokala svenska lagar. Byråkratin hos byråns personal, som har bevis för att den är extremt korrupt, gör att hundratusentals kan landas utanför kontinenten och oss i vilka hål vi ska gå in i.

Jag begär en revidering, eftersom du har mina uppgifter och mitt registreringsnummer eller fil i Migrationsverket, och jag begär att rättvisa ska skipas för de orättvisor som begåtts mot mig. Tvärtom, jag kommer att söka mina rättigheter genom Europeiska domstolen för de mänskliga rättigheterna eftersom jag har och innehar bevishandlingar inför den domstolen som jag kommer att lägga fram som bevis, och jag kommer att begära ersättning.

EUROPEAN UNJUSTICE

 

This is the city where I started my exile from the persecution of Saul of my country.

Full of hope and joy, praying to God to open the way for a new life, for a new beginning, but all hope remained only a wait, a deception, not from God, but from people who said they worshiped God.

They robbed me of people I thought had something to do with Jesus, and left me on the street. I was forced to go to the Swedish Migration Agency in Kollored near Gothenburg, hoping they would help me, but they sent me to a town 150 kilometers from Gothenburg, the center where I registered as a fugitive, to seek protection and shelter, knowing that Sweden was one of the states that provided shelter to the persecuted.

I spend a lot of time in the small town of Mellerud near Norway, and no response, no reaction even though I had 4 investigative interviews, with original documents that I am being persecuted, with travel and identification documents, and nothing.

From Mellerud I was sent to the Swedish town of Trollhattan, 50 miles from Mellerud. I tried to get into their system, I asked for internships, and permission to find work, but no one was there, a foreigner, did not know the language, was the cause, even though there were jobs that did not require Swedish language. 17 months passed, no movement, and most Asians and Africans were given different residence permits and benefits, even though they were brought there without any documents.

I started spending time in the Library, trying to communicate and find a way to learn the language, but without a residence permit I could not access any language school.

When 17 months had passed, I decided to stop myself and return because I could not see the light at the end of the tunnel. I skied someone there who would help me, because the one who vowed from the beginning, even the money that had been sent to me from home, took me, in fact fraudulently, who dared to enter the Church in services, and sin forgot what they had done. The son of the world had entrepreneurship, but he did not want to help me.

After that in Sweden I sought refuge three times because of the turmoil and persecution in this country, but Sweden as a Member of the European Union, as the school of INTERNATIONAL LAW ON HUMAN RIGHTS, as well as the Conventions on freedoms and rights of Dublin which also explains in detail the facts why a Migrant who in the country faces various dangers, such as persecution, imprisonment, murder, and liquidation, does not have the right of the state where he has sought Political Asylum to deny his request, and if he can not solve the case, he must offer the person to a state that will want to solve his housing and not leave it to anyone in the world.

I asked Dublin for an answer, and they told me that the country where you first sought political asylum has the task of resolving the refugee problem as soon as possible.

This document will be the basis for addressing the Strasbourg-based European Court of Human Rights. I hope justice is delayed but one day it is resolved. The decisions of this court are not binding but are final, to force a state to pay compensation.
