The Swedish state through its migration agency discriminates against people and journalists and intellectuals who escape the violence of the banditist and criminal powers of their countries in the Balkans. this is what they are doing to me, and here's how they mock me with the Migration Agency there, and Sweden is signatories to the international conventions for the protection of human rights.

Vad jag måste göra förra gången är att samla in alla dokument och skicka dem till Europeiska kommissionen i Bryssel, och som europeiska organisationer låter dom domare och dansar har jag rätt att klaga, eller inte. De är en europeisk organisation där Sverige också är en avgörande del. Med dig är det hedrade relationerna med Migrationsverket. Du visade omänsklighet, vårdslöshet och grymhet mot dem som behöver skydd från de diktaturer som Rwop Union stöder i Balkanländerna. Och nu få ditt mod och bespott mig, skicka frågeformuläret. Tack vare "Demokraterna" i Sverige och Europa. Men kom ihåg att dessa asiater och afrikaner, en dag, kommer att bränna dig, assimilera dig och terrorisera dig. De har inte kommit att titta på dig. De har andra mål jag vet. du kanske vet och du, men du kanske vill bli islamiserad och att förändra från den traditionella principen i Europa. Du tar bara terrorister, islamister, brottslingar till din gård. The right for a foreigner to stay in the country is governed by the Aliens act. The government administrates the decisions taken by the parliament in democratic order. Authorities as theSwedish Migration Agency are required to act in accordance with the decisions taken by the government and the parliament. As for individual asylum seekers it is the Swedish Migration Agency who tries the cases in first instance. If the application is rejected, it can be appealed. The case will then be tried in the Migration court, who independently from the Migration Agency will examine the case. A decision from the Migration Court can be appealed to the Migration Court of Appeal who will only examine a few selected cases in which the decision may have an impact on the interpretation of the Aliens act.
