                 „ПРЕДЛАГАМЕ ДА БИДЕ ВАШ СОВЕТНИК ЗА КУЛТУРА НАШ ЧОВЕК„.


Денеска граганското и невладино здружение за култура, уметност, образование и наука КОНГРЕСИ И БАШКИМИТ од Битола испрати писмен предлог до Градоначалничката на Општина Битола, г/ѓа. Наташа Петровска во кое се бара за професионален Советник од областа на културата и уметноста да назначи нивни човек, односно Преседателот на здружението г. Фергим Демири дипломиран Културолог, со искуство во областа на културата и во јавниот живот како новинар и општественик.
Во писмениот предлог се вели:

„Го предлагаме лицето г. Фергим Демири, Дипломиран Културолог, со Академиа на Уметности, завршен Факултет по Културологија, човек со многу искуство по таа област, општественик, новинар, способен за контакт со јавноста, со странско искуство, и со низа успеси во областа на водењето на нашето соодветно здрушение од областа на Културата, ред години наназад, од 1990 година.

Со тоа што ке прифатите да биде ваш професионален Советник по Култура и Уметност, ке се реши хаосот во културните активности во Општина Битола, и ке се реализира уште еден сегмент на општественото позитивно функционирање на локалната власт, при што ке се реши и дел од правичната застапеност на сите грагани на Битола во Локалната Власт, и ке се нормализира сегменталното управување со човечките ресурси во Општина Битола„.

Уште во 90-тите години кога се започна со плуралистичкото живеење во Маедониа, кај Албанците се појави едно силно политчко движење наречено ПДП, каде што членува, осим Албанци, и други грагани, припадници на другите националности кои живееја во Македониа.
Но, во подоцнежниот политички живот, старите служби на пропаднатата Федеративна Југославија, нејзе ја распаднаа, и во Албанскиот кампус и блок направија каша-попара, која се задлабочува и ден денеска. 
Во политичките води влегоја кој не. Повикани за политика, неповикани, структури на УДБА, на тајната Македонска Полиција, разни луге од подземјето, интересни групи од сивиот и црн бизнис, криминалци, и све што не е политичко и научно.
кај Албанците влиајеа и ситуациите од состојбите во Албанската официална политика. Се менуваа разни криминални структури во Албаниа, влиаеше тоа кај нас, мегу Албанците во Македониа.
Криминалното ткиво во кампусот на Политичарите Албанци во македониа толку се засили и сјача, што веке имаме компромисно насилство и мегу нив, и мегу граганите кои се навикнаа на гестулацијата на овие неполитичари, ами криминалци, кои кај Албанската популација во Македониа, решаваат за се, кој ке бели тендери, на кој ке му припагаат тие, кој ке се вработи, на кој колку пари ке му се земе за да стане Полицаец, и се до тоа ио кој треба да умре бес пресуда.

Граганите од што неможат да ја трпат ова тираниа, се разбира тие Албанци, масовно се иселуваат во Европските земји, а тука остануваат само бандитите кои за себе си велат дека се Политичари.
Кај Албанците, не мрднало ништо од мртвата точка. Албанците се во крик ситуација, одбери или одиси од Македониа, и не знаат кој пат да си го фатат.
Вистинските Интелектуалци кај Албанската популација се отстранети, исфрлени од секаква игра. Тие се притиснати на крајот на ѕидот пред провалијата, немаат каде, си заминуваат, остануваат бес работа, немат простор за маневрирање, зашто фалангистичките сили на подземјето ги уништуваат нивните идеи и мисли.
Граганите Албанци, време е да се разбудат и да видат околу себе со што свет се соочуваат и да реагираат на неопштесвените појави и ситуации. Да се справат со тоа што не е нивно достоинствено потекло и да си направат рез на политичките криминалци, да не им овозможат повторно да ги купат нивните достоинства со неколку стотици Евра, туку да се борат за своите внуци и паравнуци, за да живеат во еден реален модернисички и цивилизиран свет. Да се учи и чита и да се одговара соодветно на неписмениот свет кои планиора да ги окупира умовите на Албанците кои не се сложуваат со криминалот и корупцијата.
Албанците имаат право на своја слобода и своја одлука, а не на еуфорични нанесувања на поединци, кои сакаат да го видат заостанат граганинот Албанец.

Duke qënë të brengosur për fatin e këti shteti, dhe për gjendjen e kësaj shoqërije ku nuk ka aspak civilizim, ku ndodhin akoma gjëra nga mesjeta, vendosëm ne si shoqatë joqeveritare tju drejtohemi ju, dhe tu faliminderojmë për azhuritetin dhe reagimin tuaj ndaj situatave të reja të korrupsionit dhe krimit politik, që po ndodh në vendin tonë.

Ne si shoqatë joqeveritare, moti kemi reaguar në opinion për situatën e shtrëmbuar në këtë shtet, ku shkilen liritë dhe të drejtat e njeriut, po nga ata, të cilit sa po e marin pushtetin në dorë, dhe ia mësyejnë punës së kundërligjëshme, dhe thyerjes së parimeve të drejtësisë dhe ligjeve, por edhe të kushtetutës të këti vendi.

Ne jemi të indinjuar nga sjellja dhe mosreagimi i Avokatit të Popullit, (Ombucmanit) të këti shteti i cili i ka heshtur të gjitha shkeljet e ligjeve dhe të kushtetutës nga politikanët –kriminela të këti vendi, të cilit pas ardhjes në pushtet, vendosin dinastit dhe despotizmin antiligjorë të tyre, u marin lirinë të jetesës dhe të shprehjes, vrasin dhe burgosin gazetarë, gjykojnë ata që ua thonë në sy se janë kriminela dhe të korruptuar, dhe Ombucmani hesht për të gjitha këto të ngjara.

Detzra e tijë duhet të jetë agile dhe të reagojë jo vetëm kur ka ankesa drejtuar te Ombucmani, por edhe sipas lajmeve opinionale. Kështu është kudo në Botë.

Ixhet Memeti, është person i propozuar nga një parti politike (BDI), dhe eshte i zgjedhur nga Parlamenti i këti shteti, e jo nga qytetarët siç është në të gjitha vendet e Botës së civilizuar. Ai, jep llogari para atyre që e kan vendosur, dhe jo para popullit, apo qytetarëve, dhe prandaj ju lusim që ta aktualizoni këtë çështje në opinion si autoritet, për dorheqjen e Ixhet Memetit nga posti i Ombucmanit,dhe sjelljes së ligjit të ri në proçedurë të shpejtësuar për Ombucman, dhe votimin e ligjit në Parlamentin e Maqedonisë.

Në Maqedoni, akoma ka njerëz që ndiqen penalisht për Politikë, akoma ka përndjekje politike për ide, siç është rasti me Dr. Zdravko Savevski dhe Mr. Mariglen Demiri. Prokurorija kriminale dhe e korruptuar e këti shteti, akoma nuk i ka tërhequr akt - akuzat për këta dy persona, edhe pse tani më u zgjodh Prokuror i ri, dhe u ndrua pushteti i cili premtoi liri dhe demokraci për të gjith.

Ne si shoqatë, do ti njohtojmë me këto vepra jonormale të pushtetit të ri, edhe Ambasadat e tjera që janë të stacionuara në Maqedoni nga shtetet e Evropës, për mëngësitë sistemore të një shteti që akoma nuk ka vendosur të ndryshoi asgjë nga agjenda e pushtetit të mëparshëm, me karakter fashist dhe kriminal.

Ne kemi rrespekt ndaj jush z. Ambasador, dhe kemi shpresë se do e ngaxmoni këtë çështje para autoriteteve të këti shteti. Ne jemi shoqatë joqeveritare, dhe kështu i shikojmë punët, se nuk mund të ket ndryshime rrënjësore, pa pas dinamizëm në punët sistemore, dhe pa u kyç faktori qytetarë.

He must protect the values ​​of freedom of expression and the protection of lawfulness in the draconian actions of institutions which, unfortunately, in Macedonia are not cheaper but are directed by the political mafia.
Even after the parliamentary and local elections in Macedonia, there has been no move towards improving the freedoms and rights of the people to express themselves freely. It is judged by people

The way to develop dictatorial and misguided politics of human rights and freedoms has not changed at all, and in Macedonia there continues to be comprehensive discrimination in all aspects of life.
As a journalist and as chairman of a non-governmental association today, I had the opportunity to ask the People's Overspector deputy that they have reacted to the case of political persecution of the two members of the Presidential Palace Party in Macedonia, Zdravko Savevski and Mariglen Demiri, and I did not good answer, even to convince me that Ombucman does not have this task. To notify the general public that these two persons are accused of participating in last year's protests, which is the constitution and law permitted and guaranteed in Macedonia, without any evidence that they have committed criminal acts, criminal prosecution, and that state charges unjust and accurate accusations, and handed it over to the court in Skopje, which even after 10 senses is unable to make a decision and judgment.
Ombucmans everywhere in Europe and in the world are obliged to initiate the defendants' initiative, even though they have not complained, through public information.

It is just a province that is led by the Mafia Gangsters of the country, instead of the black and white money bastion.
journalists are collegial, and prepare statements and contributions. But the dirty editorial staff of the so-called Macedonian media, mixed in crime, is the one that prevents the information from emerging in the public.
Macedonia is a vice of misery for all the discriminated forces in this country. We appeal to the civilized world to help progressive forces and not to allow Europe's heart to have a political crime and persecution due to progressive ideals.
