 The European Community should begin to practice the Convention on Human Rights that was adopted shortly after World War II in Rome in 1948, as well as the other Conventions annexed to this General Convention which was also adopted in the United Nations Assembly, and explain to those fleeing to Europe what the status of a refugee is and when it can happen, the status of the economic migrant, what the status of the Political Migrant is, and how it is resolved, and when it is verified, with what documents, who can such status, and how long the procedure for granting Political Asylum to the Asylum Seeker should take.
In these recent times the European Community and the European Union countries have mixed up these expressions, and put them in a bin, without any justification or explanation, not even from the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, how the categories are divided, and what to do separately for each of these categories.
the European Union countries do not respect these norms, nor the Conventions, which guarantee such rights, and there is chaos with the crises being inflicted on helpless and corrupt Europeans, perhaps themselves and guilty of failing to implement the agreements that have signed each other for resolving such crises.
One of those political asylum seekers is me, and three Union states still do not respond positively or negatively to my application for asylum.
